SHIPPING

Australia

Within Australia goods typically arrive within 2-7 business days.

We offer free Australia wide shipping using our local postal service AusPost. We ship using their standard shipping service. Delivery times may vary for regional areas and if the goods are onboarded to another carrier.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can track its journey.

International (outside Australia)

Outside Australia goods typically arrive within 2-4 weeks.

We offer free international shipping on orders using standard carriers. Note that once goods depart Australia they will onboard with other carriers. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping carrier.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, so you can monitor its progress.

Please be aware that additional customs fees or taxes may apply depending on your country.

If you wish to have the product express delivered (ie. FEDEX etc), additional charges apply – please contact us for a quote. For example, to Dubai we have previously been quoted $250 AUD.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We strive to ensure that every album and photo book meets the highest quality standards. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returned goods or exchanges for change of mind, typo or grammar mistakes, or any other reason.

It is your responsibility to review and proof-read your design before approving it to be printed, therefore, we do not accept any liability for any printing errors.

We only accept returns and exchanges in the following circumstances:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately referencing your order number along with photos of the damage to help us resolve the issue more efficiently. Once we review your request and its approved for replacement, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. We will then arrange for a replacement.
  • Error in Personalisation from the Approved Design: If there is a printing error or an error in the cover personalisation that differs from the approved design, we will correct the issue at no additional cost to you.

REFUNDS

Again for the reason that goods are custom made to order, we do not give refunds.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Only orders cancelled within 24 hours will be considered for refund.

After 24 hours of placing your order or once the design process has started, cancellations are not possible. Should you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours of placing the order, any monies paid will be forfeited.
