How many full-page & double-page photos will play a role in how many photos can fit in your wedding magazine. It also depends on how many pages are dedicated to text. Here is a general guide to estimate how many photos the Wedding Magazine can hold:
– 100 page magazine : 100-150 photos
– 200 page magazine : 200-450 photos
– 300 page magazine : 300-600 photos
Yes, ordering more than one Wedding Magazine photo album at the same time will entitle you to savings. Refer to our bundle discount pricing. One for you, one for your partner! Extra copies make great gifts for the parents, in-laws, grandparents and the bridal party as a little thank you for being part of your special day. Don’t forget to order a spare as a backup and safekeeping.
Once we receive your order, we will shoot you a friendly email with instructions on how to supply your images and written content for the wedding magazine.
To supply photos, simply send us a link to your online gallery, ie. Google Drive, Dropbox etc. Alternatively, forward us the email your photographer sent for your online gallery as it will include the link and any necessary passwords and download pin for us to access your photo gallery and download the images.
The email will also contain a link to an online questionnaire to gather all the important details. In the form, you have the ability to either type in the information as well as attach documents (ie. Word doc, PDFs etc). We understand you probably already have a lot of this information from planning the wedding, the venue, celebrant and guest speeches etc. so there is no need to retype the information. We will format the written copy to look “pretty” throughout the design process.

On placement of your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive the email within a few minutes of placing the order, please check your spam/junk mail folder. Make sure to add our email to your address book to ensure you receive all future emails relating to your order.
We will send a follow up email to let you know how to supply your images and any written content if applicable.
A minimum 50% non-refundable deposit is required to get the design process started. Any additional pages, upgrades or extras added during the design process will be billed on approval of design.
If you are choosing to use the deposit payment option, choose “bank transfer” at checkout. An order confirmation will be emailed to you along with payment options where you can pay the 50% deposit via bank transfer or credit card.
If you are choosing to pay in full upfront, select your choice of payment (bank transfer or credit card) at checkout. An order confirmation will be emailed to you immediately upon placing your order.
Production of your product will not begin until all monies owing are paid in full.
